Dear Ibis Resident,

As you may have seen in one of the recent IBIS-News-Updates or in the Pro Shop, the IBIS CANCER RESEARCH UNIT will have its fourth annual Golf Outing at IBIS on February 12, 2010.  Our General Manager, Mr. Stephen J. LoGiudice will again act as our Honorary Chairman for this Charity event.  As in prior years of this event, the proceeds of this year’s tournament will go exclusively to Prostate Cancer Research, helping assure the continuation of research despite difficult economic times.  Realizing the financial toll that the recession has had on many of us, we have reduced the cost to participate in this event.

We will again count on you, generous residents to contribute by playing in the event and/or sponsoring a Tee Sign. Event Fee and Tee Sign sponsorships have been reduced to $150.00 and $100.00 respectively.  If you wish to play in the tournament, the pro shop staff will be happy to assist you.  Slots for individuals and foursomes are available now. 

Please consider sponsoring a  Tee Sign  in  honor of a a loved one you may have lost to cancer.  You can do so by sending in the form below, along with your donation, to the following address:

Your message and your name(s) will be displayed on a Tee Sign to show your support of this important cause.  We would appreciate getting your Tee Sign contribution by February 5th 2010, to allow for the production of your customized Tee Sign prior to the Tournament. 

Whether you decide to play in the tournament or sponsor a Tee Sign, your contribution will help fund the pursuit of effective treatments for Prostate Cancer, an illness that affects so many men, including some of our friends here at IBIS.
